Please keep the initial inquiry to a general deal overview. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details, passwords, or confidential financial documents through the form or lender email template.

How we use it

We use your information to review an opportunity, respond to you, understand financing needs or lending criteria, and keep records of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list and does not automatically send your deal to lenders. Potential capital-provider outreach is discussed with you as part of the placement process.

Who may receive it

Authorized team members receive your email or telephone inquiry and may record relevant information in our private deal workspace. If an online inquiry form is enabled, its confirmation indicates whether your submission was received; submitting an inquiry does not create an active deal. Service providers that operate our website, database, hosting, and email systems may process information needed to provide those services. If we move forward with a financing engagement, relevant information may be shared with capital providers and other transaction participants as discussed with you. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.

Technical information and cookies

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and service logs to operate and protect the site. Fonts may be loaded from an external font provider. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for necessary operations and authentication. This marketing website does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers.

The public website does not require a workspace sign-in. If an online inquiry form is enabled, its submission service may use additional technical information to validate requests and prevent spam.

How long information is kept

Inquiry and correspondence records may be retained while an opportunity or relationship is active and afterward for business, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping needs. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for inquiry records. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request its correction or deletion; we will review the request and explain any reason information needs to be retained.

Your choices and requests

You can leave optional fields blank and contact us directly instead of using the form. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential contact, email deals@katschcapital.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. Requests are handled in light of applicable requirements and any records we need to keep.

Security and external links

We use access controls to restrict the private workspace and protect inquiry records. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Our site links to Traded and other external resources; their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. The firm overview PDF is publicly downloadable without submitting contact information.
